Today I have revaluated my patterns, my moods, my colors, my life.  This world is based upon RE-actions. To some degree I believe for a practice one should Re-learn, how to ACT in the NoW moment. Acting into the definition of Self only and forever in the NoW moment acting in authentic Self.
